I am a qualified Posture Alignment Specialist based in Tattenhall, Cheshire. I offer face to face and online video appointments via Skype or Zoom. I found the Egoscue method in my search of alleviating my own neck, shoulder and wrist pain. I was amazed and so pleased with the results I decided to undertake the Egoscue Method course and gained the qualification in 2019. What a difference Liz has made. Months of physio had made no difference to my lower back pain, in fact it seemed to be getting worse. I felt slow and sluggish and had niggles and discomfort in different parts of my body, all of which was starting to limit what I could do. After working with Liz the improvement has been amazing. I'm now so much more aware of how my body works and feels. Liz is so positive, kind and thoughtful and really listens to your concerns. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and tailors and adapts your programme to your individual needs, making sure it is manageable and will fit in to your daily life. I always look forward to our sessions and come away feeling positive and reinvigorated. I can't speak highly enough of Liz and the difference she has made. The first time I heard about Egoscue Method was from my dance teacher. She herself is a chiropractor but strongly believes in Egoscue. She gave me just two Egoscue exercises to do and I could already feel the benefit. I then searched to find an Egoscue consultant and found Liz. By the time I saw Liz I had had to give up my beloved hobby of dancing and wasn’t even sleeping properly due to pain in my hip and shoulder. After about 3-4 sessions with Liz my pain had gone. Liz is very patient with you, makes sure you are during your exercise's properly and adjusted any exercises to suit you. If you do have any problems with anything I just email Liz and she answered straight away. I have a few sessions left with Liz and she has told me that she will give me a 'tool box' of exercise's for the future. This will give me the benefit of looking after my body and posture myself. I have learnt so much about my body from Liz and just wish I could have met Liz years ago.

I have suffered with a bad back for many years, it was only when I met Liz did i realise it was down to terrible posture. I have had several sessions now and cant believe the difference, I feel stronger and more confident to do task I would have shied away from before. The exercises looked easy but when done right they can be challenging, the app makes it so easy to follow. My current routine is 10 minutes twice daily which makes its so easy to fit into my schedule. I cant thank Liz enough for her help

I started seeing Liz a few months ago. With her knowledge and her help I have started to see an improvement in my posture and other problems I have. I have become so much more aware on how I stand and move about during my day. The exercises she has given me are excellent. She is always mindful on how I am doing with them and she is always ready to change them if they are difficult for me. Liz is so friendly and so lovely and I always look forward to seeing her. She is very supportive and she is always there to guide you and help you with any questions you might have. I highly recommend Liz for any problems in relation to posture and or alignment you might have.

I started to visit Liz due to back pain, usually upper but occasionally lower. I have always struggled with back pain and have tried massage, physiotherapy and a number of other therapies to try and rid the pain, whilst these provided short term fixes nothing seemed to last.At my first consultation Liz explained the Egoscue approach and it appealed to me so much as it didn’t focus on what you thought was your problem area but looked at your body as a whole and looked for other causes for the pain.Liz is very professional and approachable and has a welcoming and warm set up, I feel comfortable when in Liz’s company and discussing my body concerns. Liz demonstrates the exercises she has personally selected for your concerns and watches to ensure I am doing them correctly and that they aren’t causing any discomfort.  At the start of my visits there were some exercises I was unable to do without any additional pain, Liz picked up on this and amended my programme to find something more suitable. Having done the exercises daily I am able to notice a difference in day to day discomfort and my ability to do some of the more challenging exercises.Liz is approachable and willing to help and provide advice, even outside of a scheduled appointment. I like the fact Liz uses photographs and her Egoscue software to demonstrate how my posture should be and has highlight the areas that need improvement. Previously when I thought about posture, I thought it just involved standing up straight but there is so much more to it.I would highly recommend vising Liz if you have any concerns or aches/pains, although you may think it is back pain she will be able to access you and could actually pin point the pain to a different root. I am looking forward to continuing my sessions and achieving my perfectly aligned body.
